These are common stories we hear from customers regarding their watch.
We are able to source (in almost all cases) genuine or “Perfect Fit” waterproof seals and if the case is in good condition and not corroded, the watch can be restored to it’s original water resistance rating.
We have a large stock of common movement replacement parts or suitable substitutes, so the mechanical section of the watch is usually no trouble. In most cases if we don’t have the part it can be sourced.
Another common statement about Japanese watches is they can never be made to run well. This is untrue and if the watch movement is in fairly good condition, after a service, they will run better than the original accuracy specification. We only use the latest Swiss synthetic oils which ensure the performance of your watch will be excellent until the next service.
