I’m now offering repaired SEIKO 6309 top/bottom train plates through the ebay store. I’ve done the hard work for you by installing the barrel arbor jewels. This will save you buying tools to do the job and a good deal if you are doing the odd service for yourself.

I got one of these fairly recently in good original condition. It is a “Proof” dial, so pre 1970 and has the original “razor” bracelet.
Eventually I’ll get round to rebuilding it and replacing the crystal.

I recently finished this watch. It was already in excellent condition so a service and the barrel arbor jewel upgrade were the only things required.
Being a very late model, this watch has the slightly green dial and black indicator ring.
