Today we have two more SEIKO 6139-6005 watches on their way back to their owner!

This would have to be the most common service job, 6139 chronograph.
This example was particularly nice, basically just nice all round. I was having a bad day with lighting so you can’t see the applied SEIKO logo on the dial.
Only a straightforward service, barrel arbor jeweling and seal replacement was required.
While it’s seen some action, this watch is a really nice piece. It was rebuilt, re-lumed and had some parts replaced.
The story goes these were inspired by some Japanese racing driver in the 70’s. They have a unique case finish and bracelet. This one received a full rebuild along with the barrel arbor upgrade and hand restoration.
Another great looking watch. This one received a full movement rebuild and some replacement parts along with a replacement stem and crown. That had been broken in the past and was held together with glue and some strange metal parts. Because of this the stem did not work correctly and the keyless works were damaged.
This watch received a full rebuild, new crystal, hand colour restoration and the barrel arbor jewel upgrade. Watch was in excellent condition.
This watch was made from two partially complete watches and a “sample” case. It also received a full re-lume, movement rebuild and the barrel arbor jewel upgrade.
This watch received a full rebuild, the barrel arbor jewel upgrade, a new case/bezel, new glass, full vintage style re-lume, replacement bracelet and some internal parts.
I recently finished this watch. It was already in excellent condition so a service and the barrel arbor jewel upgrade were the only things required.
Being a very late model, this watch has the slightly green dial and black indicator ring.
